I run Move It or Lose It exercise classes for older adults.

Move It or Lose It is a nationwide organisation specialising in helping people gain and retain fitness into later life. My classes focus on Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance, Strength, Coordination and fun! All exercises can be done seated or standing. Come along to get fitter and meet new people.
