Autumn's Here again...An Autumn Poem

Dressed in red, orange and gold
Winds blow till they grow old
Plants shrivel and die
but underground some still lie

Days shorter, nights longer,
cold stronger
Blankets and thick duvets
cosy slippers
Pumpkins and barrels
with night owls

So long my lovely summer till we meet again!
