FFFOCUS - Christmas meal
Last night I spent a lovely evening with some fabulous local ladies. We congregated at the Tumbling Weir in Ottery St Mary and enjoyed a well prepared 3 course meal.
Starter ...Homemade Chicken Liver and Brandy Pate with Apple Chutney and Melba Toast
Main...Slow Roasted Duck Leg with an Orange and Star Anise Sauce
Dessert...Warm Apple and Blackcurrant Bakewell Tart with Clotted Cream
Lovely. Went down a treat! Highly recommended.
